Update #2 regarding Covid-19

 


A lot has happened since our last update, so to clarify:

We are still open.
I will be running the lab by myself in isolation for the foreseeable future.

We will predictably become quieter, so turn around times should stay about the same but I will update this if things change.
We will no longer be offering the ‘signed for’ return option, to limit visits to the post office. Negatives will be returned via normal first class post or they can be stored and sent ‘signed for’ later on in the year.

European and Worldwide customers:
We will be storing your negatives away safely, and they will be returned once the situation has eased.

Update regrading Covid-19. We're business as usual!

We've had a few emails of concern and we're happy to report we are so far unaffected by the Corona virus.

Fortunately we predominately deal with internet/ postal orders and being a small team we are already very low risk. Furthermore we are taking further measures to ensure services remain unaffected and turnaround times stay the same.

We appreciate all your support in this time! Please stay safe and maybe hold off on that street photography project and focus on some landscape shots instead :-)

You can now order your film processing online!

 
 

Yes, we have finally come into the 21st century!


You can now order and pay for your film processing online.
Just click on  Order and choose the film processing options you require.
Change the quantity for the number of rolls or go back and add another roll with different options separately.

Review your selected items in the cart (top right on a desktop or bottom right on a mobile device).

On checkout you can also choose to be added to our mailing list to recieve updates about changes on turnaround times, opening hours and lab announments.

 

Don't worry, you can still customise your scan preferences as you would with our order form, including an expandable box to add as much detail as you wish.

A few advantages of our online ordering:

  • Have different scan preferences for individual rolls.
  • Pay by either card on our secure site or through Paypal.
  • Create an account to save your shipping details for future orders.
  • Turn around times start as soon we receive your film. No more waiting for us to bill you.
  • No need for a printer. Save paper and help save the planet!
